Establishment of the Aquatics Integrity Unit

Formation of the Athletes' Committee

Al-Musallam has been a strong advocate for gender equality within World Aquatics. He played a pivotal role in increasing the representation of women on the Bureau to at least 40%, reflecting his commitment to creating a more inclusive and balanced governance structure.
